CYBONET hosts a Q&A session as part of a CYBO Day Training with Israeli customers at our offices in Haifa
Over forty of CYBONET’s Israeli customers and partners attended the CYBO Day Training at our offices in Haifa on Wednesday 1 March. Training events are held at least once a month in Israel, and participants travel from across the country to take part. Attendees included CISOs, IT Managers and Systems Integrators from various verticals such as government ministries, telcos and commerce.
The event started with technical training on CYBONET’s email security solution, PineApp Mail Secure, with a focus on the new interface and features of version 5.1. These include our Sandboxing module, which integrates Check Point’s SandBlast technology, and Solution Modules; Email Encryption, Email Branding, Big Data Transfer and Email Archiving. Technical explanations were accompanied by a Q&A session and opportunity for customers to voice feature requests, which are reviewed and may be incorporated into future product releases.
The afternoon session provided an insight into the evolving threat landscape with a presentation on the latest cyber threats and introduction to our new Cybowall solution; an affordable and viable endpoint detection and response solution for small and medium businesses. Customers also benefited from private sessions to address organization specific questions and configuration queries.
Our customers fed back positively about the CYBO Day Training program and the opportunity to network with other industry professionals. They were impressed by our new offices and the organization that CYBONET has become.
