PineApp signs a distribution agreement with Renaissance

PineApp is glad to announce that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Renaissance in Ireland. Renaissance® is the distributor and provider of products and services that are widely recognized as being among the very best in the industry. Renaissance offer an entire range of IT security solutions and services which provide proven, market leading solutions to many of the security problems customers are faced with in protecting and securing their businesses. Established in 1987, Renaissance has been involved in servicing and presenting some of the most innovative IT Security products into the Irish market. According to the agreement, Renaissance will distribute PineApp’s security appliances in Ireland.

Asgent, PineApp’s Japanese distributor will collaborate with SecuAvail Inc.

Asgent, PineApp’s distributor in Japan will collaborate with SecuAvail Inc., a provider of computer security system construction, operation, monitoring and log analysis services. SecuAvail will begin sales of PineApp Mail-SeCure, an Anti-Spam mail appliance sold by Asgent, and will also provide “NetStare AntiSpam” services including operational management for organizations lacking necessary technicians. In turn, Asgent will sell PineApp Mail-SeCure to SecuAvail and provide technical support, as well as selling services provided by SecuAvail.

PineApp’s Mail-SeCure Selected by Geotest to Secure Email and Aggressively Block Spam

PineApp™ has announced that Geotest, a Marvin Group Company based in Irvine, California, has selected PineApp’s Mail-SeCure perimeter security appliance to protect the company and its networks from malicious Spam attacks. The Mail-SeCure appliance was chosen to replace Geotest’s previous software Spam solution which proved to be ineffective in maintaining optimal email protection.
Geotest selected PineApp after reviewing multiple alternatives, finding Mail-SeCure to provide the highest level of security, ease of use and deployment and most cost effective compared to other appliances and software solutions.

PineApp wins first place as the best Information Security project in the ZUBR awards

PineApp’s Mail-SeCure perimeter security appliance received two awards in the 2008 ZUBR awards ceremony; PineApp’s Mail-SeCure was ranked first place in the best Information Security project category and third place in the ratio between price and quality category for Spam solutions. Moreover, Alfa Bank, Russia’s third biggest bank, also received an award for implementing Mail-SeCure in their network and therefore providing their employees and customers with the best information security system. The Russian Premium ZUBR awards are the highest national public awards of the Russian Federation in the field of security. PineApp has signed a reseller agreement with AMT Group

AMT Group have signed a reseller agreement with PineApp. AMT Group specializes in design, implementation and technical support of corporate multiservice networks, IP-telephony and videoconference systems, contact-centers, storage systems, information security systems and situational centers. AMT Group provides the following carrier class solutions: core multiservice networks, access networks, NGN, IPTV and Multiplay platforms, OSS/BSS and mobile operators’ solutions. AMT Group is a partner of more than 50 leading software and hardware vendors. According to the agreement, AMT will sell PineApp’s security appliances in Russia.
